The Human Block, also known as Block, is an Acolyte of Zoom.
History
Block is a young Maori Woman from 1957 Melbourne, Australia that was struck by lightning and survived the incident. She eventually learns she was also given powers from the Speed Force as a result of the incident. Over time she was unknowingly manipulated by Professor Zoom into joining his Acolytes in his war against The Flash. Once she learns the truth behind Thawne's motivations, though, she and the other Acolytes turn against him, assisting in his defeat.[1]

- Molecular Deceleration: The Human Block is capable of slowing the very atoms in her body, making herself harder than steel and granting herself superhuman strength and durability.

- Force Field: In addition to "freezing" the atoms making up her body, she can also freeze that which she touches, including the air. Block has demonstrated the ability to create a force field of "frozen" air that even speedsters have difficulty phasing through.[2]
