Miguel Ferrer (b. February 7, 1955 – d.January 19, 2017) was an American character actor who voiced a number of characters in animated adaptations of DC Comics stories, most notably Martian Manhunter in Justice League: The New Frontier and Vandal Savage on Young Justice, and portrayed Weather Man in the unsold pilot for Justice League of America.

Professional History
Miguel Ferrer was an American character actor with roles in many high-profile movies and television shows, such as Bob Morton in RoboCop, Albert Rosenfield on Twin Peaks, Lloyd Henreid on The Stand, and Shan Yu in Mulan.
Ferrer voiced several characters in animated adaptations of DC Comics stories, most notably Martian Manhunter in Justice League: The New Frontier and Vandal Savage on Young Justice. He also voiced Weather Wizard and Aquaman on Superman: The Animated Series, (later being replaced by Corey Burton and Scott Rummell respectively on Justice League) and Sinestro on The Batman. He also portrayed the Weather Man in the unsold live-action pilot for Justice League of America, and voiced Deathstroke in Teen Titans: The Judas Contract.
Following his death to throat cancer in 2017, The Judas Contract was released posthumously as his final film role, and he was replaced by David Kaye as Vandal Savage on Young Justice.
